"Folkloric Origins Of Kung-Fu"

There is the Legend among Martial Artists from all over the Land of Earth, that the Ancient Arts of Kung-Fu Originated at The Shaolin Temple, in what is Today known as Dengfeng County, Henan Province, China. It was introduced to the Monks at the Temple Monastery, by the Honorable and Respected, Greatly Renowned, Ancestral Wandering Monk, Whom We Call "BodhiDharma".

BodhiDharma was the Son of King Sugandha, and as Royalty, he was Deeply Involved with The Arts Of Warfare, Military Strategies, and Tactics. He was Known for Being Respected as a Warrior of Profound Talent and Abilities. For his own Personal Reasons, he left his Royal Chambers, Courtyards, and Castles to Renounce his Life and become an Ascetic Sage in Pursuits of the Deeper Meanings to the Existence We Know and Reflect Within Our Selves As The Phenomenon Of Life.

Through the seemingly impossible Journey Of 1,000 FootSteps, he found a Spiritual Refuge Within The Monastery Walls of What We Know is The First Shaolin Temple in this Ancient Time --Through a Primordial Cry Within ManKind's Pursuits Of A Mind Refined Through Emotional Control and Bodily Self-Respect, and a Tribute To The Forces Of Nature.

However, while there, he found the Magi, the Sages, the Monks, in a Weakened and Disillusioned State of Being, Feeling Conflicted and Ambivalent With The Nature Of Reality, and With The Interest Of Refining The Human Heart and Living In Harmony With The Forces Of Nature, this Humble Royal Peasant Monk, BodhiDharma, Becoming The Great Teacher, Taught them all 18 Exercises Known To All Martial Artists Today as The 18 Hands Of Lo-Han. The Roots Of Shaolin Temple Shadow Boxing.

He also Brought The Deeper Understandings Of The Art Of Bodily Movements (Motion and Stillness), Bodily Temple Worship (Dignified Self-Respect Tribute), and the Animal Shape-Shifting Shamanistic Kung-Fu Expressions and Practices that Martial Artists Discipline The Soul With Through The Teachings Of Zen / Chan Philosophies Of The Buddha.
